There is no such restriction at changing the stream. You can get admission in science stream and appear for your HSC exam again.

Hi Anirban, she has to clear the IELTS to meet English language requirements. IELTS score requirements vary from college to college in every country. However majority of them requires an overall score of 6 with no section less than 5.5. The application process is online, every college has its own application portal and specific deadlines by which you have to submit the forms.
