You can get admission for BBA. The thing is that you want to just fill the forms of those colleges which have BBA. If you are selected in those colleges then you can take admission in any one of them.

I think you should try to chase IIT coaching.
If you gain good marks in JEE Advanced then you can take admission in any top university in any subject with low fee.

If you are aiming for NEET, AIIMS, JIPMER exam then you should go with CBSE board because CBSE board provides the best NCERT books for medical and syllabus for 12th is upto the point that can help you to prepare for entrance exam parallely.

1.Khan academy
2.Meritnation - You can get solutions of NCERT questions
3.Byju's learning app
You can YouTube it too. There you can search for your query and surely it will help. It certainly helps in engineering.
