I think dear there is some typing mistake as I didn't get your question. Please try to clarify the name of the college about which you are talking. I understood that you got 47.83% marks in 12th. Please also mention that from which stream you have cleared it (arts, commerce or science).

Hi,
Buy chapter wise solutions of all the three subjects of Arihant.
Those three books actually helped me for my Mains 2015.
And for boards, NCERT is more than enough except for physics for which just do previous year questions as they are sometimes repeated.

Those three books actually helped me for my Mains 2016.

You can go for engineering exam like JEE Mains and Advance. State government examination, Bista, VIT, SRM, KIIT. You can go for petroleum by giving exam like UPES- Dehradun with PCM. You are eligible for many different examination, like NDA, Bfarma, animation, VFX and graphics, B.Sc, BCA. Etc. and many more.

I don't think you will get seat in school of planning and architecture for B.Arch, as this institute needs NATA score.
So, I suggest you to go for Chandigarh University for B.Arch. You may get that college.
