There are so many colleges for you, also you should know in which field you want to do Diploma. Some of them I'll be listing here-
- Assam Down Town University (ADTU), Guwahati
- AMET University Kanathur-Tamil Nadu
- Alakh Prakash Goyal Shimla University-APGSU , etc.
Above are some private universities where you can take admission and there are more also as in Government Colleges there are almost no chances that they give admission.

For winter-bound schools, CBSE practical exams 2026 were conducted between Nov 6 and Dec 6, 2025. CBSE class 10th, class 12th practical exams 2026 for all other schools were conducted between January 1 and Feb 14, 2026 in students' own schools. They are conducted by the school teachers in the presence of CBSE external examiner. The practicals are held before the theoretical exams.
Students should note that in order to pass the CBSE board exams, they need to score a minimum of 33 percent in theory and practicals separately.

The eligibility criteria for admission to BE course at AMC Engineering College varies depending on the type of admission. For admission through management quota, a minimum aggregate of 70% is required in Mathematics and Science in 10+2. However, for admission through KCET/JEE/COMEDK-UGET, candidates must have passed 2nd PUC/45% aggregate in high school qualifying exam It is important to note that the college accepts students admission with below 60% in academics, but the campus criteria are above 60%, which makes it difficult for the students to get placed in leading companies.

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct The CBSE compartment exams 2024 for Class 10, 12 in July/August 2024. The exams will be held in offline mode or pen and paper format.
Students who will appear for the CBSE supplementary exams 2024 must go through the entire syllabus and know the exam pattern. They must practice the CBSE question papers 2024 which they are unable to clear. The CBSE compartment result 2024 will be announced in August. Board exams 2024 will be held between February 15 and April 2, 2024. From the academic session 2024-25, all state and national boards will conduct the board exams twice a year. However, no board has released any official notification for the same.
CBSE has announced that it will conduct the CBSE 10th, 12th board exams 2024 between February 15 and April 2. The exams will be conducted in offline mode. Students must go through the syllabus, exam pattern thoroughly. They are also advised to solve and oractice the CBE previous years question papers and CBSE sample papers 2024 for better preparation.

Note that at the University of Cambridge, Class 12 school leaving qualifications are not considered to be suitable preparation. Applicants studying towards Class 12 shall be expected on course to obtain grades at a very high level in relevant subjects to the course being applied to. The grades expected depend on the board with which applicants are studying and examples of typical requirements from some of the boards are given below:
- CISCE and NIOS: Applicants will need scores of 90% or higher in five or more relevant subjects
- CBSE: Applicants shall require five or more A1 grades in relevant subjects
