To take admission in B.Com, you just need to pass all subjects in class 12th. After passing class 12th, you can take admission in B.Com. I cannot tell you about the college.

Sorry to say, but you will not get admission with this score in any architect college.
A score of 90+ is considered in NATA to get admission for B.Arch in various government colleges.
