Forms for improvement exams are available on the website of CBSE after the month of September.
You can apply for the exam and admit card came in February then you can give exam in the same way as this year
if you wish to join engineering then you have to appear in at least 5 subjects.

With those grades you can but my question is why do you want to do a UG course, you are already doing your BE. Universities will. Also, ask you and will hesitate to accept you if you don't justify.

Frankly speaking you have scored a bit less. But by now I am sure you must have some passion. I feel it would be best if you align graduation subject with this.

Good salary packages are in shipping, chemical and aviation industries. Hence your focus should be towards achieving graduation in one if these fields.

Conventionally you have scored good marks. But there are 10K students with &get;95% marks! What is your passion? What interests you? You must align your graduation studies in that direction.
Best wishes

It's very good to know your dream. CBI is an organization that takes officers on deputation from different central govt services. So firstly you will have to become graduate and then appear for UPSC exam. I am giving useful link.

For going abroad to study at undergraduate level is a different cup of tea since not many students go. Scholarships are less. Parents need to Shell out at least 15L per annum. But if you have determination and finance you can definitely go. Please contact agencies specialising in this area.
