According to the NEP 2020, Board exams will be held twice a year from the academic session 2025-26. Students will be allowed to retain their best scores. However, CBSE is yet to release any official notification in this regard.
Last year, CBSE conducted the 10th, 12th board exams 2024 only once at the end of academic year. In 2021-22, the Board had conducted the CBSE exams in two terms due to the spread of the coronavirus pandemic. The Board had reduced the syllabus for the said academic session and covered half of it in each term. 1.Check out the university or college requirements you want to get in and if your percentage is not meeting the criteria of the university or the college you can either go for the re-examination or you can also check for any entrance exam of the college of your choice.

The eligibility criteria of LPU for MCA admission is given below.
Eligibility: Pass with 60% aggregate marks in BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or B.Sc. (Information Technology) or any Graduation with Computer Science as a subject for three years or B.A. or B.Com. or B.Sc. (any Graduation) with (Mathematics or Statistics or QT or Business Math as one of the subject at Graduation or 10+2 level) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST
