The intake for UG Arts, Science, Management, and Computer Applications is 30 students per subject. Commerce has an intake of 45 students per course. Selection for UG courses is based on merit in the qualifying examination and for PG courses various entrance exams like OUCET, TS ICET are considered.

There are many videos on youtube which are taught clearly by big programmers to help students and you have to work on it every day. Not only listening to classes but also try to build and design on your own.

There are many options available after completing class 12th. You can pursue undergraduate courses such as engineering, medical, design, management and several other fields .
You can also go for a Diploma course to complete a course after 12th in a short time and start your caree

I’m sorry but I couldn’t find any information about the colleges in Andhra Pradesh that accept 49.6% in class 12th. for more details you have to check out the official websites

You could pursue a BCA. For BCA, you must have received a grade in class 12 in any stream of at least 50%. Hello,
You haven't specified the place where this college is located.
But if you are asking about the maharani college of Rajasthan which is a girls' college.
It has an experienced faculty for all the subjects and it is a semi-government college.
It offers course like BSC, Bcom and BA.
With the mentioned score you can get admission till second merit list.
Don't lose hope try for other colleges as well.

For admission to B.Sc.
