No, it can't be reevaluated. Either you will give only failed exam or you may appear in every exam. This will depend on you. If your confidence increased then I suggest you should give all exam and you can. But if you have frustration then you may appear in only due papers.

Unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a B.Tech programme if you have failed in Mathematics in your 12th exams. This is because Mathematics is a compulsory subject for B.Tech programs in India.
