First preference should be given to Delhi University, though there are a few colleges providing this course.
Also, you can try for Symbiosis.
Last but not the least, you can go for IP University.

Hello, certainly yes. 90% is a very good score. You can aim for the top ranked universities however check the admission requirements and work on your overall profile. It is important you follow the timelines and apply on time. Take the IELTS/TOEFL too to meet the English language requirements. Additionally take the SAT or ACT to study in USA. Every university would be having different admission requirements. Advice you to go through various university websites to understand the admission process cum requirements and prepare accordingly.

After completing your 10+2, you can take admission in various colleges/Institutes of India in which this course is offered. Basic eligibility which is required to take admission in Bachelor of Science (Forensic Science) is :
You should have Biology/Mathematics with Physics and Chemistry at +2 level.
Your minimum marks in +2 Standard should be 60%.
You must be able to speak and write English.
It will give you Advantage during Admission if you have studies Computer Science in class XI and XII.
After completing B.sc in Forensic Science there are various scopes in Private as well as Public Sectors.

Hi Smita,
The minimum eligibility criteria for CPL as per DGCA is that you should have cleared 12th or an equivalent examination with physics and mathematics, from a recognized board/university. As such, there are is percentage criteria. For more details refer the official document:

You might get admission with this score. But usually, colleges accept 60% in 12th.
