Hi,
To become a pilot, you have to clear standard 12th with Physics and Mathematics as main subjects with minimum 50 percent marks. Being a pilot requires a lot of specialised technical training at various levels. In brief, the first level is that of a Student Pilot License (SPL), which allows the student to learn. After getting some training the student is provided with a Private Pilot License (PPL), which will allow you to captain an aircraft without passengers. You have chances in most of the IIMs but not in FMS. Your conversion to IIM depends 65 to 75 percent on your CAT percentile and 25 to 35 on your profile i.e. your communication skills, your academic record performance in GD PI etc. Your academic is strong. The OBC percentile for IIM was somewhat around 80, around 75 in IIM Calcutta, around 85 in Bangalore, rest Kozhikode , Indore etc. had around 70 and you have a strong chance. All the best.

In order to join DRDO as a Scientific Officer, you can do B.Tech CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, Aeronautical, Mechanical or M.Sc Physics, Chemistry etc . You may choose any of the degree and specialization based on your interests and personal preferences.

If you have applied for MMS then you won't be getting shortlisted as cutoff is very high. For PGDM category won't be applicable. If you have done good in GE-PI process and have applied for all the courses then you might get a call.
