Vikas, after 12th, you have to appear for NCHM JEE for admission to IHMs. If have missed out on that then you can try for admission in some of the good private universities like Lovely Professional University, Chandigarh University, GNA etc for admission. These universities have good infrastructure, good faculty and good placements.
LPU is having a hotel in its premises itself wherein they train the students in various aspects of Hotel business thus making their foundation strong. They also have set up a bakery where students can sell off the products made by them.

It depends on which stream you chose. If you have chosen commerce then you can try for CA, B.Com, BBA, and many more if you have chosen non med then engineering is the most preferred then B.Sc and if you have chosen med then you can try for becoming a doctor or in the field of medical Science or if you have chosen arts then you can try for any LLB and many more. Law and MBA can be also done by a non-med student. Courses are many but the main thing is that which stream you have chosen.
