NIOS has equal importance but if you are applying for higher studies and job in India and abroad your qualification will be scrutinized more. You must work hard on your academics and maintain very good marks.

If CS is your interest then you can opt for BCA, B.Sc CS or B.Sc IT. You can also check gaming, animation, etc. If you are from PCM background then you can think about engineering. Better advice can be given if you share more about the subjects.

To join Indian Navy you must complete 12th in science with physics and maths. You must also meet medical and physical standards set out by the Indian Navy. Check:

You will get admission if you meet the admission requirements. Also, admission decisions are taken by the universities, every university has different admission criteria, selectivity etc. Take your IELTS, check university websites for the requirements and start the application process.
