To pursue computer engineering, you must have had PCM and must have a good knowledge in these subjects. Commerce can be an additional subject but as a full-time commerce student, you cannot pursue any engineering branch studies.

If you are looking for further education abroad then, many good universities abroad don't consider NIOS board for admission. In India, you can pursue without any doubt because major universities do accept the NIOS board for admissions.
