Placements do not depend on your 10th and 12th performance. They depend on your 4 year's performance in B.Tech, your knowledge and the number of projects you actively participated in.

As you have completed 12th commerce with computer and you are interested in computer, it is better for you to go for BCA followed by MCA.

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for bank clerk exam as both IBPS and SBI have raised their qualification criteria to graduation for clerk exam.
Following is the eligibility criteria for clerk exam:-
- Student must possess a graduation degree or in the final year of graduation for clerk exam.
- Age limit is 20-28 years. Relaxation will be given to SC, ST and OBC candidates.
Selection process for clerk exam:-
1) Written exam
2) Interview

There are many engineering colleges for mechanical.

Why do you want to quit B.Sc agriculture after completing 2 years? One more year is left. If you leave then these 2 years will get wasted.
Complete your graduation and then do whatever you want.

You should know that you can get banking job after graduating in any stream and there are many computer related jobs.

For getting admission in NITs you need to take JEE Mains and based on your performance in the exam you will get the chance for admission in NITs and top reputed colleges of India, on an average you need to score more than 160 to get any respectable branch in any good NIT.
