Of course it's enough. Provided you study well and score really well. Since this can enhance your overall percentage. However if your marks in other subjects too are less the you can think of improvement.

Creative course. Hmmmm. Actually what's in your mind is not getting clear. Fundamentally creativity is visible in fine arts. Drawing / Painting /Music / Sculpture / Couture etc.
In fact there is great demand for professionals in this field.
But I would advise you to select that field which is closer to your heart.

It is recommended that you do Bachelor in animation, multimedia or game designing to increase your own career prospects and knowledge. You may also do a Diploma but then entry level jobs will be there and career growth will be minimum. Read this, it may be helpful:

If you want to study law, you must complete your Bachelor's degree. Other than engineering you can consider B.Arch, B.Sc in physics, chemistry or area of your choice (you did not mention the subjects), B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc IT, B.Sc environmental Science, B.Sc in social Science, B.Sc economics, etc.
