I appreciate your high aspirations but till now none of the boards has given 100% in overall. While students have achieved 100% in subjects individually. The best strategy to score high is to be thorough with your concepts esp from NCERT first and later you can practice as many mock tests or last few years papers. CBSE used to upload last year's toppers answers sheet earlier to help students like you so check on their website: www.cbse.nic.in.
Every subject require certain specific ways to prepare so listen to your teachers too.
All the best.

You can pursue B.Com pass but not hons from Delhi university as of now. Since DU is planning to change their admission criteria, we have to wait for the new guidelines.
If you are in any of the schools from Delhi, you also have options of B.Com pass, B.com hons, BBA from IP university as they have 85% quota for Delhi students.

Being a fresher is not a limitation. For PGDM, along with your competitive exam scores, you will be evaluated on basis of your past academic record, a group discussion( or a test similar to that) and an interview. Give the presented test and interview properly. All the best.

In commerce, you can go for arts/ design, business, finance and banking. Students are also moving in fashion designing and interior designing. Research oriented students can go for KVPY and get into institutes like IISC, IISERs, etc. Commerce students can go for CA.
There are courses like hotel management and fashion designing. You can opt for any of these as per your interest.
I hope it helps. If so, kindly upvote this answer.
