It completely depends on how you want to shape your career. B.Tech is an engineering degree and B.Sc is academic one, both can later lead to equivalent jobs in research or education. If you purely wants to be in technical aspect, B tech is better option.

The problem is you cannot apply to German universities after 12th. They require 13 years of education. You can meet this criteria by one of the following -
1. Enroll into a Bachelor degree in India and complete the first year with very good grades
2. Clear IIT JEE AdvancedOr
3. Passing the qualification assessment examination in Germany, called Feststellungsprfung.
Knowledge of German language and clearance of IELTS will also be required.

No. If you study hard, it will not at all be difficult. Before appearing for exams, solve past papers of 12th. You should thoroughly revise everything as nothing comes out of syllabus.

This board is not recognised and students are not eligible for further education and government jobs.
So, if you are planning to do your 10th or 12th, drop the idea and choose NIOS board to complete your 10th and 12th board.

You are eligible to seek admission in B.Sc Hospitality and Hotel Management degree course provided you have English as a subject in 10+2 stage.

There are numerous opportunities. If you like Maths, you can go for a Chartered Accountancy course. You can go for B. Com, BA, or BAF (Bachelors of Accountancy and Finance) course. If interested in management, you can also opt for BBA. All courses have ample scope.

Firstly, I would strongly recommend you to become a graduate. You can so Graduation in BBA (Entrepreneurship & Family Business) offered by various colleges.
After that you can go for Accounting Technician Course to boost your career as an entrepreneur as this course will enable you to take the load of Taxation and Accounting Of your Business by yourself and not depending on others.
It is also advisable that in the third year of your graduation, you can pursue ATC saving your one year.

Forget the past, just think what you have now. Just study the paper which you will be facing first. Go to your teacher who taught you that subject, ask him/her some important questions. Prepare with them and also follow the entire book. Just follow previous questions or take help of possible in a short time read only important. Read from book write your own language, you will see definitely. You will do good.

You can start with last few years paper for entrance and then based on your performance, prepare for the exams. There are many books available in the market like R.Gupta's to practice the different sections.
