Start with B.Ed. program after 12th and then go for M.Ed. or do Bachelor's and Master's in your specialized field.

There are many options, choose on what interests you more. After biology you can opt for medicine, agriculture, forensic science, geology, biotechnology, environmental science, life science, zoology, nursing, pharma, food technology, nutrition and dietetics, veterinary science and many more.

Best course will depend on an individual's interest. Every person has their own unique skills and talents, so instead of asking around what you should study you should know what you actually want to do. Moreover, you have not specified which stream you are from neither your interests so it is quite difficult for me to suggest you anything. Top universities require around 70% or more. Chances are pretty less honestly. You can also check Australian universities on the basis of your scores. SPP colleges in Canada can be worth a try though.
