In today's age of IT, to become a data scientist, you require skills in maths & statistics, RDBMS, programming skills and domain knowledge. In addition, you will have to learn few analytic tools. You are advised to opt for B.Tech CS/IT or BCA-MCA or B.Sc-M.Sc CS/IT followed by a PG Diploma in data analytics. Alternatively, you may also do data analytics specialization courses after MBA.

Assuming you are a PCM student, you are eligible to do B.Sc (Hons.) or B.Sc in any of the PCM subjects, B.Sc statistics, BBA, BCA, hotel management, fashion designing or fashion technology & management, LLB etc. You can change stream to commerce, economics, humanities etc. You can also appear in NDA exam conducted by UPSC twice a year to become eligible for commission office in Defence services.

Yes, you can pursue B.Sc in psychology if you are comfortable with its subjects. It will be good if you look for some commerce oriented degree course like B.Com/BBA/BA which are in-line with your 11-12th courses.

You can keep revising the basic concepts in your course. You can practice the previous year question papers. You can use diagrams in your answers as it will help you to get good marks.

4. Bachelor's in pharmacy
5. Bachelor's in architecture

You are advised to pursue BBA - MBA. It has mathematics as a compulsory subject, which even a humanities student can easily handle.

Some colleges do ask for your 12th class performance.

You are advised to choose among following option to become a software engineer after class 12th:
1. BTech CSE/ IT.
2. B.Sc CS / IT.
3. BCA.
4. Diploma in engineering CS.
