It depends on your interest. If you like IT field, then you can go for BCA + MCA. Otherwise, you can go with commerce and business course like CA, CS, BBA + MBA, B.Com, etc.

Most of the IIM's have a criterion of more than 60%. Still, you can try as a lot depends on your personal interview as well if you are shortlisted.

Yes, you can apply but as the board percentage is added to your final score, you may loose some rank. So, it would be better if you can appear in the improvement examinations.

You need to score at least 75% in state board and at least 80% in CBSE board but they are required for qualifying. Admissions will be done on the basis of entrance examination.

What was your stream in class 12th? It depends on it. If you are in PCB then you can go for MBBS.

You can choose any stream in 12th standard. There is no compulsion of choosing arts for fashion deigning. If you have options, you can choose arts because that will help you in your further studies in fashion designing.
