There are many options from engineering to architecture. Popular options include
1. BE/B.Tech
2. B.Sc Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics
3. B.Sc IT
4. B.Sc CS
5. BCA
6. Integrared B.Sc/M.Sc
7. B.Arch
10. B.Sc Agriculture
11. BBA
etc.
Please know your interest level before you choose your area of study. You can take a psychometric test to know your aptitude.

You should pursue BA in economics or maths from a reputed college.

B.Com (Hons.) and BA (Hons.) Economics are the best options after 10+2 for Commerce students provided it is done from a top ranking college.

More than 85% is mandatory for general category students, for other categories even lower marks can do. Mostly, you would need good graduation score and work experience.
