The minimum educational qualification for doing accounting is B.Com, inter CA, inter CWA and MBA in finance. You can get a chance at CA firms.
Non commerce graduates can also work in accounts field by learning Tally, it is a computer accounting software course.

1. To make career in accounts field, you can pursue B.Com.
2. To make career in management field, you can pursue BBA.

There is no compulsory or a particular course to be pursued to get into IIM A. You can pursue any course of your interest.

Both have individual scope. If you still want to decide on between the 2 then go for BBA. There is a lot of
flood in computer science.

You can consider pursuing B.Tech chemical to get settled early.

Read your NCERT textbook thoroughly. It is like a story written over there and solve exercise questions at the end. You can also prepare important notes which can be revised at the last moment. Prepare the notes point vise. Also, you need to study some practicals question based on market analysis by which you can answer 15 marks question easily. Don't read any reference books.

You must solve exercise questions given at the end of every chapter.

You should consider your career in the following fields in the descending order:
MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BPT, B.Sc and B.Pharm.
