You should do the graduation first like B.Com or BBA. Then, you should give the exams of government exams also. There are many exams for government job. You should try that and you will get good government jobs if you score well.

You just need to concentrate on your studies. You have to study at least 10 to 12 hours a day, if you want to score 90 plus. Well it not easy, but believe me you can do it. You can divide this 10 hours. You should choose the best time, when you can concentrate.

You can go for Journalism and Mass Communication in Radio and TV.
There are so many institutes across India which offers so many Journalism and Mass media Communication courses.
Some of the colleges are:
-Indian Institute Of Mass Communication
-National Institute For Journalism And Mass Communication
-Gujarat University
-The M.S.University of Baroda, Vadodara.

I am afraid you cannot. The registration for the board exams are already done, and you are allotted a certain registration number. Changing school would mean change in registration number as well.

You require to have a Bachelor's degree in computer Science, application / IT to pursue M.Sc in cyber security. Same course is available at M.Tech level too.
