For most of colleges to study economics honors, you need to opt for mathematics as a subject in class 12th. The cutoff will depend on where you want to study. In Delhi colleges, it is almost 99% for reputed colleges. That does not mean that you cannot study in other colleges. You need to elaborate your question.

CISCO does not specify any educational qualifications for appearing for CCNA. There are age criteria for appearing for CCNA. You can appear and get CCNA certification. Indian companies prefer network engineers with graduation degree in engineering or BCA/ MCA, etc. Therefore, I will advice you to gain at least graduation degree, beside CCNA for a good career.

Dear Piyush,
You have to decide which country you want to go to. Admission requirements vary from campus to campus. Standardized tests such as SAT or ACT, English language tests such as TOEFL or IELTS must be taken. Full scholarships to international students are very rare, unless you are extraordinary. Scholarships are merit based so very high grades, extra-curriculars and a brilliant profile overall is required.

Yes, you can get admission in IIIT's through JEE mains only and from next year, class 12th percentage will not be given weightage. You just need to score minimum 75% in class 12th to be eligible for JEE mains.
