You have to develop some ideas on now, on your career. Otherwise, you can not work out a plan of action. Create some ideas. Consult with your parents and friends. Then, search online. You will have plenty of ideas. Your clarity of mind will also improve. You must have your dreams. You can't borrow dreams.

Hi Muhammed,
The admission procedure is available online. You must visit the websites of both the schools to submit your forms. IELTS or TOEFL is not necessary for Indian applicants. Applicants are required to submit/upload the required documents within the specific deadlines mentioned on the website. You can find the application checklist here:
http://admissions.ntu.edu.sg/UndergraduateIntnlAdmissions/Pages/InternationalOthers.aspx
http://www.nus.edu.sg/oam/apply/apply.html
You should prepare for the 2017 session.
