Hi Sanjay,
You must apply to a program and get accepted by a university first. Without the acceptance letter you cannot apply for the student visa. So, you cannot get a student visa in just any country without fulfilling the requirements. Decide what you want to study and which country. Shortlist the universities. You must check the entry requirements such as minimum grades, IELTS or TOEFL scores, etc.
Narrow down you choices basis the requirements, your profile, location, climate, etc. Visit the university websites and go through the admission requirements pages, prepare accordingly.
