Dear Swapnil, Congratulations for excellent score in CAT. As of your 10th & 12th scores are at lower sides, the chances are lower for Top IIMs. But, in my opinion, apply for New IIMs then. Also, apply for top 30 B-schools as your percenile is great. You can get top B-schools easily. Don't loose hopes! Check the college rankings and cut-off on https://Shiksha.com portal and apply for top colleges. And if you think, the fees are higher than your budget, top colleges give loan facility also. No sorry, you need a minimum of 50%. Nowadays 50% minimum is essential for all the courses, but I suggest that if you are determined to do MBA don't give up. Do M.Com and score good and then try for MBA. Also concentrate on preparation for entrance exams. Where there is a will there is a way so all the best.
