Hello Vinay,
No it won't hurt your placements. You have nearly 3 years of work experience and that would help you to cover up your low academic scores. The companies will then focus on how well you did during these 3 years. Also, not all companies focus on academic scores.

You can give both JEE(main) and NATA as I've done this year only.As there are many institutes like nit's who gives you admission in B.arch on the basis of your JEE(main) rank in paper-2.but most of the colleges and universities see your NATA score so I think you should go for both of them.Sorry ,I don't know about CAT much.

Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

General Eligibility for the Bank Clerk post:
1:you should pass minimum 12th standard (10+2) or equivalent securing 60% marks where as 55% marks for the SC/ST/PwD/Ex-servicemen.
or
you should pass diploma course after 10th standard with a minimum of 60% marks,
where as 55% marks for the SC/ST/PwD/Ex-servicemen.
2:your age should be minimum 18 years and maximum 28 year.
3:you should be a citizen of India
