You need atleast 250/360 to get an IIT provided that you score good in Advance and your Board class12 % is 90 above.
**For instance you scored 90% above in boards and scored 200-230atleast in JEE-MAINS then you can get DTU and NSIT which are totally amazing colleges.
Focus on mains as the score of JEE MAINS is really important in many colleges and NIT'S.
Getting 95-96% in boards won't fetch you a good college unless you score good in MAINS.
Also BITSAT exam is really important as BITS is one of the most prestigious and reputed colleges for Engineering in India.
All the best mate!!

Your JEE mains rank is particularly low, it is very difficult to secure a seat in this campus

It is difficult to get CSE or ECE in NIT Trichy. But you can try for EEE or Mech. But cannot be too sure either, but is possible. Your scores are in the border regions to get admit. You will get a seat if your boards score was above 92%.

It is very dificult to secure a seat with that score.Your board marks in particular is very low, if it were 89-92% you would've had a chance.

Normally for B Pharm, PCB is considered as the eligibility, but for B.Tech, PCM with 50% aggregate and clearance of state/national level entrance examinations is a requirement. Some deemed universities conduct their own entrance examinations for B.Tech admissions.
