No there is no need of any test just do registration and start coaching. Work hard as CA is a bit tough but anything can be possible by with hard work. All the best.

See with your percentage in 12th iims are difficult, as they see the overall profile.but if u score high in CAT and other relevant entrance exams you have a good chance in getting into a good b-school.best of luck .

you are in the same boat as I was in
last year I got 90 in CBSE and 104 in JEE Mains 1 less than tha cutoff of 105
I was also confused then I went for coaching and it has ruined me.
But I have seen my friend from coaching getting good marks in JEE Mains .
then it's all up to you to drop a year you should know that you won't be able to talk your friend a, a year of full dedicated study and studying every thing all over again . keep that in mind and make your decision .
