There are very few number of colleges in India offering textile engineering. B.Tech plus MBA is a good option if you get admission in MBA from very good colleges otherwise go for job and get three year experience than after go for executive MBA.

as you are from science background, you can do you bachlor in any science or art stream instead of doing bba or bbm because you want to do MBA too. Take BA economic in you graduation and prepare for CAT as you have science background, definitely you have an edge.
If you got good colleges for BBA than you can do that too but I am suggesting you to do simple BA in economics.

First of all the depends on your inclination of your hobby. since you have done 12th with science ,then you have a wide options of career to explore for you can do b.b.a(bachelor of business administration) or B.A(bachelor of arts) and you can also prepare for U.P.S.C. so there are number of options but the questions depends upon you. choose that career in which you have inclination best of luck
