yes if u get passed in compartment u can appear in NEET and in NEET percentage doesn't matter.

Yes you can just do registration under icai for first exam I.e. cpt and take coaching.

It's unfortunate that you have not cleared your 12th.
There are various career options available these days. However, I would recommend that you first do away with your compartment exams as it is very crucial for moving ahead towards acquiring a good course and enhance your studies.
In order to get past a reputed college and a feasible course, ensure that you crack these exams to the best of your capability.
