First of all you have to mention whether you have appeared in CBSE or state board exams. Also it depends on which category you fall(general, OBC, SC or ST). However it is nearly impossible to say if you will get petroleum because as of now neither all India rank is available neither ACPC rank.

In non medical, you have Engineering, BSc , BA, BCom, BCA. Bsc will be the best alternative for you as admission to BSc courses is by 12th Marks.

There is no difference between B.Tech and B.E. Colleges offering other programs also call it B.Tech. Others call it BE.

If you are interested for MBA, best option for you after 12th is either BBA or BCA. BBA is more preferred as it will be helpful for you in MBA. Or you can simply go for BA and B.Com.

No, you are not eligible for du bmscet without maths. In fact they ask large no. of questions from maths of 10+2 level in their entrance exam. So its better you try for some other colleges.
