there are many organizations who offer free coaching to emeritus students like Rahmani 30, Super 30 etc . you have to search such organization near you.

You have to give improvement first to pass the mathematics exam this year only. It will delay your admission. Some colleges may offer admission this year too. But first focus on compartment

You may not get any best government college based on your score in JEE mains, but you can apply for some best private institutions. Some best universities are still accepting applications for engineering.

yes you have a maximum chance to get north campus as for political science the cutoff around 85to90percent. For precaution you should also apply for other subjects of your interest. All the best.

I think 61 percent is good because it is a first division. So if you are not looking those colleges which offer admission in graduation on the basis for matks than your marks is OK and go for higher studies

Maximum colleges ask for mathematics in class 12th for BCA but some colleges also offer it for those who had physics. You have to search that college. All the best.
