you should visit the case website regularly. You can appear in next year too for improvement. If you get less marks than your previous year marks. So go for improvement if you fell less marks.

Hyderabad University
Aligarh Muslim University
Alhabad University
Jamia Millia Islamia University etc

Yes you can apply for Delhi University. Cut off of North campus is slightly less. So many colleges offer admission with less percentage of marks so you should apply according to your marks. All the best
