Colleges taking direct admission without any entrance either their own or national level are generally not reputed colleges. There may be many colleges accepting admissions direct. You can check out the following reputed colleges still accepting applications and appear for them. They also provide scholarships based on the score achieved.

yes you can pursue B.com (Hons) fro SOL -Du.where they do provide classes on weekends but thats upto you if you wish to attend you can attend, minimum of 45% in 12th is required and fee for 3years is appx. 10K.
