It totally depends upon your interest. If you are interested into the subject you must go for it. It's always better to do what you want to do than what others want you to do. Go through the subject topics and also know about other streams also go through its topics, BT has wide scope into science researches, so if you feel pull towards it, go ahead.

You can pursue any of the course to go for MHA from tiss Mumbai. Since you want to pursue course in hospital administration then bha would be a better course to build go for. BHMS will be better as you can go for medical as well as administration field and it will open up career options for you. So both the courses are relevant for your future plan of pursuing MHA. If you only want to go for hospital administration then you should choose bha.
