Dear Karthik,
Please decide as to which country you intend to do your graduation, if it is the US then you need to give SAT and TOFEL tests and get the scores required by the universities you are applying to. If it is the UK and Australia you need only IELTS, same goes for Canada. It also goes without saying that you need the minimum academic scores in your 12th as required by the Universities you are applying to. Rest of the admission requirements like the statement of purpose, letters of reference etc., as required will be available on the University websites in the section International Students. All the best for your future studies.

U should have gone for btech earlier. U hv to pursue graduation in engineering. Then u will be eligible for gov jobs also. Indian railways, bsnl notifies job vacancy for diploma holder. U may study hard to crack one of those exams. All the best.
