I think you don't have clear concept about that.
B.Sc is just Undergraduate degree where as PhD is doctors degree.
For PhD you have to first qualify different Jrf exams without which PhD is of no value . For sitting in exam of different Jrf( CSIR NET-JRF, DBT- JRF, ICMR-JRF ) of life sciences you must have post graduation degree in any subject of life science.

Universities abroad do not hv any cut offs as admission is based on ur complete profile like SAT/ ACT score, TOEFL/ IELTS , reference letters and SOP (Statement of Purpose)

With a 50% of aggregate marks on PCM u can go for B.Arch. But, to get into any Architecture college,NATA Score is necessary, or u also can crack JEE MAINS B.ARCH (Paper II).

If your looking for courses like engineering, medical, Pharmacy my answer is NO. You need to give entrance test like Cet, IitJee, aieee and others. For colleges without entrance test it is not advisable to join as kind of students would not be that grt.

yes, various colleges takes admission on direct basis. but you have to appear on written exam infor good colleges and some colleges also take admission on merit basis.

first, you need to pass 12th with physics chemistry and mathematics with 50% and more. you also need to have required eyesight and colour pass test. once you finish, you may apply for commercial pilot license i.e. cpl. the cost is around 15 lakhs. after completion successful training of minimum flying hours
