The options are unlimited. With the combination of biology, physics and chemistry you can take up medicine, dentistry, Pharmacy, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology, Microbiology). As of now, you must focus on your studies and get good grades, while you are doing your under-graduation. For CAT prep, make reading books, news, article as a daily habit. Also keep a good command over your communication skills, if you feel there is scope for it. I think this will do as of now. You may take up CAT class later on.

To get into IIMs, first you need to complete your under-graduation studies. I would suggest that you choose a specialization of your liking. Also given that you have an average score in class 10th and 12th, you would need to do really well in your college. Hence is it doubly important that you pick your stream carefully based on your interest and your strengths. To get into IIMs, you will need to write CAT in your final year and get a good score so that you get interview calls.
