You class 12 scores doesnt matter. your graduation scores and the technical knowledge you have will matter the most. Try to focus on quantitative aptitude from books like RS agarwal and mainly focus on your technical core subjects.

Success in getting a degree is easy even after PCM. Go for B.Sc. Graphic and Animation in various universities. Kurukshetra University also runs a course but the courseware and quality is pathetic. Amity University, Noida can be an option. or go for branded ones and government institutions.
