Hey Kulwinder,
As admission criteria to any engineering stream requires PCM only so you can take admissio in Civil engineering in any college. Also civil engineering is a course which has considerable low placements in ordinary colleges so you should select your college selectively having good placement track records. In colleges during their admissions while submitting your form it's required your roll no. and i-net marksheet. so after declaration of your reault you can take admission in desired college,don't be worried about that.

If you're good enought in Accounting in comparison to maths. after 10+2 you can go for CA,CS,ICWA these are the best options and are post graduate degrees.
and regarding earnings. after being ca n some experience. You'll earn untill you're alive n a tagline for CA is "Money Printing Machine"
Indian CA's are required abroad too.!!
