Your admission will depend upon how you perform in your gdpi rounds and also your scores will be taken into consideration. The cutoff is not revealed in the list but genrally goes till around 90.

On passing the +2 examination or a recognised equivalent examination, candidates can write the CPT.

Chemical Engineering graduates have good job opportunities in manufacturing and service industries such as food, materials, specialty chemicals, plastics, power production, biotechnology, tyre manufacturing, nanotechnology, mining process, mineral based industries, petrochemical, plants, pharmaceuticals, synthetic fibers, chemical engineering designs, nuclear energy, materials science, development of new sources of energy and even medicine.

You have decent academic score and if you clear the sectional cutoffs in CAT ,you can easily get interview call from IIM-I.

You are too young as of now to think about MBA and CAT. However if you are really keen, then I guess you can start preparing sincerely in middle of second year of graduation to give CAT.

For BA english hons programme you can make list and mention Delhi university, Bharat ratna dr.Bhim rao ambedkar university, GSIPU, IIS university jaipur, Amity University.
