A diploma in india is 1 or 2 years and degree is for 3 years. So ideally you are a diploma holder.

CBSE Improvement Exam can be taken in one or more subjects in the succeeding year only after passing the subject in Class XII. The examination would take place in March and the result will be declared in May.

If she is interested in biology then she can surely go for bsc in microbiology or bsc in BIOMEDICAL SCIENCE
