No there are no percentage criteria for the 12th standard but you can not pursue 3 years of law after intermediate. Law can be pursued in the following two ways:
If you've passed your intermediate (from any stream) - Opt for an integrated LLB course (5 years) eg. BA LLB (hon. ), BBA. LLB. (hon. ), B.Com. LL.B. (Hons. )
If you are already a graduate (from any stream) - Go for an LL.B. programme (3yrs).
So you can only go for a 5-year law course. Appear for CLAT, AILET or Search for the best law colleges in your city/state and apply there. Most of them will conduct their entrance.

Science or Commerce? Most of my friends and other intelligent students I know have chosen Science. I am one of those 90% scoring students. And so everyone around me is advising me to take Science. But I don't think I would be able to manage the Science stream. And then when I start to consider commerce I am confronted by the fact that I don't have a business mind. Now I want to know the career options in both these fields. The career options must be specific to that field I. e. the career must only be available to those students who have taken its respective option. For eg- A career as a doctor is only specific to Science students.

You can do Masters in psychology being a B.Tech CSE graduate. It's quite easier to switch now to Masters psychology. Get ready to do hardwork since you are not a psychology background student. Few colleges won't allow non psychology background students, check before and join accordingly!
Without a bachelor's degree in psychology, you can pursue an MA or MSc in psychology. The eligibility requirements will differ from one university to the other. Many leading colleges provide an MA in Psychology to graduates with a 50 percent graduation rate. So, if you have a B.Tech with a grade point average of greater than 50%, you can apply.
