ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA of B.A+LLB (5 years Integrated course) : Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination under 10+2 pattern with not less than 45% of marks which is recognized by the syndicate as equivalent to Higher Secondary Examination of the Government of Tamil Nadu, are eligible for admission. 5 year Degree Course of study as prescribed in the regulations will be given. For S.C./S.T. candidates concession of 5% marks in the minimum of marks required for admission for B.L.
So, you need a minimum of 45% of marks in class 12th for admission here.

It depends on college to college, if they will accept you or not. But, for CSE branch you must at least score 60% marks, only then you will get chances in the CSE department.

Yes, you can learn ethical hacking after your +2 also. It is a short duration course of nearly 3-6 months. Many institutes charge INR 10,000-15,000 for the course, but it is worth. Regards.

Yes, you can apply. the eligibility criteria of B.Com(Hons.) of Hindu College (Delhi University) is given below.
Eligibility criteria :
1. An aggregate of 60% or more in English/Hindi and combination of three best among the following subjects: Mathematics, Accountancy, Economics and Business Studies/ Commerce.
