I got b31107 obc rank in JEE Mains 2019. any chance to get NIT. Not then which college is best for me for B.Tech. My pcm marks in 12th (91%.

Which college you want? If you are asking for DU, then 66.76% is very low percentage. If you are SC/ST/OBC, then no problem. For general category student it would be hard.
