I don't think you'll be able to get admission into JNU after scoring 70%. Many government colleges don't offer courses like BCA. Well, you have not indicated your bachelor's marks. You would have to score around 70% in bachelor's other entrance exams are also considered there. And also, they have their own entrance exam. You need to score in that as well.
