Student has to passed CPT and 10 + 2 Exam or Commerce Graduates/Post-Graduates (55%) or Other Graduates/Post-Graduates (60%) or Candidates who have passed Intermediate level examination of ICSI or ICWAI.

If you are asking for Delhi University, it is not possible because your percentage is very low, you can look for colleges which take admission through entrance.
