If you are asking for Delhi University, it is not possible because your percentage is very low, you can look for colleges which take admission through entrance.

You can apply for colleges there, if you have a native certificate or you can apply for education visa, and can continue in college there.

You can become a journalist by choosing any stream in class 12th, and I am also from Biology and I am going to pursue Journalism this year. Just get a good percentage and apply for BJMC in college and various college have their own entrance exam, so prepare yourself for it.
