You will not be able to take admission on merit basis into this college with these much marks. It's too low. Maybe You can get selected for Arts, b but not for Science as minimum eligiblity criteria is 60%. .

No, you can't do any course in IT or software development as you don't have maths in 12th. It is mandatory to have maths as a subject to apply for B.Sc. BCA and B.Tech. You can go for other field in Science, And you can continue learning Computer and software development side by side.

Yes , You can as the eligibility says the student must have passed 12th with the required eligibility Percentage (50%-70%) to pursue B.Com.
