Best law college in India is NLU Bangalore then all other NLU follow. NLUs except NLU Delhi take admission through CLAT and NLUd takes admission through AILET. Other universities like BHU, JMi, AMu, ILI, GGSIPU, NMIMS, GLC Mumbai are also good all these provide 5 year law through their own exams. Pvt universities like amity is also good. The main problem with NLUs is that they are very expensive and students often take education loans, but after graduation since they all give excellent placements it all gets recovered.

Yes, there are many chances to get into colleges in Mumbai as most of the colleges prefer candidates with percentage with 60% aggregate in most of the colleges. All the best.

Yes, you can study Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from TMV - Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth as the minimum eligibility criteria to take admission in a college is that candidate must have a graduate degree from any recognized university.
